Show Payment:
Show fees vary in price - average fee is
$150 per weekend.
We accept Visa and
Mastercard and Discover.
Register for 9 shows or less with 50% deposit, balance due 30 days
prior.
Register for 10 - 15 shows with $20 deposit, balance due 30 days prior.
Register for 16 shows or more with $200 floater. Call for more details.
Show Confirmation:
Please include a long, self-addressed,
stamped envelope for confirmation.
A confirmation will be sent with specific show hours, address, set-up
time, etc.
Maps to show site are available online.
Space Size:
Most spaces are 10'
wide by 8' deep.
Spaces vary in size from mall to mall, some mall spaces are long and
narrow.
Spaces are available in increments of 1, 1 ½,
2 and 3 spaces. Outdoor shows: 10'x10'.
Tables:
Exhibitor supplies own table, table cloth
and chair.
All table coverings should be of fabric material and reach the floor on
all four sides of table.

Sales Tax:
Artists making taxable sales need to obtain
a sales tax number. For more information, call (651)282-5225 or

Insurance:
Liability is fairly inexpensive and worth
considering.
Most will obtain this type of insurance through their homeowners
insurance.
Credit Cards:
Accepting credit cards from customers is
optional - some exhibitors do and others do not.
This type of account is called a "Merchant Account" and the best place
to get this is at your bank.

selling direct at shows,
you can sell your products on-line, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!
* No computer necessary...your phone and address are the only minimum
requirements!
* Not necessary to take MC or Visa. Your site includes a customized
shopper order form.
* Customers order product directly from you and pay you directly.
Unlike many other Web Malls, we do not charge any commission on your
sales.
* If you already have a web site, your page on the Showcase will
include a direct link to your own web page!
* Send us actual 35 mm photos, photos on disk or we can load directly
from your site.
* Unlike many other typical web malls, the Gingerbread Showcase
utilizes intense advertising to the general public
