2Pine Top Boogie: Sequenced by Don Carroll Pinetop Boogie is an arrangement by Dean Kincaide and recorded in the 1920s by pianist-singer Clarence "Pinetop" Smith, called Pinetop's Boogie Woogie. Kincaide made the arrangement in 1938 for Tommy Dorsey's orchestra called "Boogie Woogie" which became a best selling record.

5Boogie Woogie: Sequencer Pelle No further information available at this time.
6Piano Blues: Sequencer Unknown I'm not even sure about the title on this one.
