I HEREBY AGREE to rent web space for my web site in one or more of the Gingerbread Shows stores. My web site will include photos with a brief description of my products or service. The period of this rental agreement shall be no less than six (6) months from date my web site is on line. Renewals shall be at the same rate as regular rentals. All items will be offered for sale to the shoppers of the Gingerbread Shows Showcase. All items will be delivered as advertised when order has been received and paid for in full. Items will be shipped in allotted time or purchaser will be notified of any delays. All monies received by me for item(s) that I cannot deliver will be refunded by me to the purchaser. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that Gingerbread Shows reserves the right to accept or reject any item(s) they believe is not in the best interest of the Showcase and other crafters. I assume responsibility and liability for any and all taxes which may require collection and for all licenses which may or may not be required.
